But, do you really understand outdoor heater? Here, I will tell you whether the gas heater is safe or not.
Patio umbrella gas heater :
When burning the gas, the stainless steel mesh cover of the furnace head is heated. The stainless steel mesh cover quickly turns red. The stainless steel mesh cover will heat the surrounding. When the gas is burned, air convection is generated to circulate the heated air. At the same time, the stainless steel mesh cover turns red to produce far-infrared radiation to heat the surroundings (infrared rays at this time are harmless to the human body).
Safety of gas heater :
Safe and environmentally friendly, no noise, and high heat. This kind of heater is generally equipped with a number of safety protection devices. When in use, the trace amount of waste gas and oxygen consumed in the process of converting liquefied gas into heat are within the safety limit. Automatically cut off the gas source when the ignition is not due to the ignition or the wind. When turning the flame off due to unsuccessful ignition or wind, the gas source will be automatically cut off. Liquefied gas is an environmentally friendly fuel, and the use of liquefied gas will not cause pollution to the environment.
Reliable protection function: dumping protection, flame-out protection, and Hypoxia protection.
(1) Flame-out protection. The heater turned off for any reason, the thermal needle will stop generating current (the current in the protection device is generated by thermal inductance and no external power supply is required). When there is no current, the solenoid valve automatically opens and closes the air supply pipeline, so that the heater automatically shuts off the air. To re-ignite, reset the heater control switch and re-operate.
(2) Dumping protection. When the heater is working normally, if it vibrates or falls due to a collision, the built-in dump protection switch will respond immediately and cut off the solenoid valve power supply circuit. The solenoid valve opens and closes the gas supply pipeline, so that the heater automatically shuts off the gas and extinguishes the flame. To re-ignite, reset the heater control switch and re-operate
(3) Hypoxia protection. Before the oxygen in the air drops to a suitable level, the flame will leave the heat-sensitive needle. The heat-sensitive needle (ie thermocouple) will stop generating current. When there is no current, the solenoid valve automatically opens and closes the air supply pipeline. So that the heater automatically shuts off the air. To re-ignite, reset the heater control switch and re-operate.
From these three protections, cutting off the air depends on the solenoid valve. If any one of the protections fails, the heater will not be able to operate normally. If any one of the protections fails, the heater will not be able to operate normally.
All in all, the products we sell meet global requirements. GVM-US is constantly seeking perfection in quality, and we have been doing our best to satisfy our customers.
